Return Policy
At Ganamos, we want your purchase to be safe, secure, and hassle-free.
Below, we explain the scope, terms, and process for returns and store credit.
1) Return Eligibility

Time limit: 7 calendar days.

Start date: the return period begins on the date the product is physically delivered.
2) Return Request Deadline

Products eligible for return: mechanical seals, hydraulic seals, packing, spare parts, and standard products may be returned.

Condition-based exceptions: returns are not accepted if the product is returned damaged, in poor condition, or not in the same condition as delivered.

Special orders / custom-made items: products manufactured specifically for the customer (e.g., CNC-machined seals) are not eligible for return if the error was made by the customer. If the error was ours, the return will be accepted.
3) Product Condition Requirements
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

Be unused and in its original packaging (when applicable).

Show no signs of installation (in general, returns are not accepted if the product has been installed); in exceptional cases, we may evaluate the request.

If the customer opened the packaging of a mechanical seal (e.g., the protective lubrication was lost), we may still accept the return as long as the product has not been installed or used and remains in proper condition.
4) Accepted Reasons for Return

Manufacturing defect.

Order errors attributable to Ganamos (size, material, or specification).

Customer errors (e.g., ordering the wrong size): returns are not accepted.
5) Return Costs and Logistics

Who covers return shipping:
-
If the error is ours, Ganamos covers the cost of return shipping.
-
In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Outside Hermosillo: the customer must ship the package back to our branch. We can assist by providing a return shipping label (when applicable); if Ganamos issues the label for a customer-attributable case, the cost will be deducted from the store credit.
6) Refunds and Store Credit

Method: we issue store credit for future purchases (we do not offer cash or bank-transfer refunds).

Issuance timeframe: store credit is issued immediately once the return is received and approved.
7) Services and Repairs
-
Non-returnable / non-refundable services: pump repairs, motor repairs, seal machining, and other technical services are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Service warranties: if the customer is not satisfied, we will review and diagnose the work to apply warranty support until the customer is satisfied, in accordance with the scope of the service performed.
8) Excluded Categories (Non-Returnable Items)

Custom-made products or items manufactured under special order.

Spare parts that have been used or installed.
-
Technical services.
-
Promotions / special offers (when stated).
How to Request a Return

Contact us within 7 calendar days of physical delivery with: your order number, invoice, reason for the return, and supporting evidence (photos if applicable).

We will confirm whether the return is eligible and, depending on the case, we will send instructions and/or a return shipping label.

Pack the product in its original packaging, complete, and properly protected.

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of approval and issue your store credit immediately.
Important Notes

Ganamos may reject returns that do not meet the deadline (7 days), product integrity requirements, or that fall under the exclusions listed above.

For special orders/custom-made items, returns are only accepted when the error is attributable to Ganamos.

Store credit is non-transferable and may be applied to future purchases by the same customer.
